Our office is located at H. No. 13236/2 in the Ansari Complex. We are right behind the Suryabarchichghare Layout in Umred, which is a bit of a distance from the main Nagpur city but a very active place in its own right. KP Properties is a local business through and through. We know the people here and we know the land. Working in Umred is different from the big city; things move a bit slower, but the relationships are more important. We handle various property matters, mostly for local families and small businesses in the area. Our office in the Ansari Complex is where we spend most of our time when we aren't out checking on sites or meeting with officials. We don't have a polished marketing script. We just talk to people like neighbors. If someone needs a plot for a house or a shop, they come to us because they know we’ve been here for years. It’s a practical business. We deal with the dirt and the documents. Some days the paperwork is a real headache, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t try to act like we are bigger than we are. We’re just a small firm helping out in our corner of Maharashtra, making sure property deals go through without any major problems. It’s what we’ve always done and we plan to stay here for a while helping our community.
