KOTHARI AND GIRAMKAR CONSULTANCY LLP

Our office is in Nagpur, situated in the Royal Crest Apartment building. We use Flat Number 1402 on the fourteenth floor. It’s part of the PN 10/1 plot. Being up that high means we get a pretty good view of the urban sprawl of Nagpur, especially when the weather is clear. KOTHARI AND GIRAMKAR CONSULTANCY LLP isn’t some big agency with a hundred employees. It’s just us working out of this apartment space. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters, which is honestly how we like it. It keeps things quiet so we can actually focus on the consultancy work. People in the building are mostly residents, so we try to keep things low-key. We don't have a big reception area or a secretary greeting people at the door. It’s usually just us at our desks. Nagpur can get really hot in the summer, so we’re thankful for the shade in this part of town. We’ve been here for a while and haven’t felt the need to move to a commercial complex. This spot works for us. It’s easy to get to, and it has all the basics we need to keep the business going. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby; we just want a solid place to sit down and get through our pile of work every day.
