Our small office is shop number 27, located right by Dr Dalvi Hospital in the Bagadganj area. It is a busy spot because of the hospital, so there are always people moving around outside. We are quite close to Telephone Exchange Square and Garoba Maidan, which makes it easy for folks to find us if they know that part of Nagpur. The office isn't much to look at, just a regular shop space with some desks and a few chairs for visitors. We have been in this 440008 zip code for a while now. The noise from the square can get a bit loud during rush hour, but we usually have the fan running anyway. It gets dusty because of all the construction and traffic, so we spend a lot of time cleaning off the ledgers. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us handling the daily tasks that come our way. People usually stop by after they've finished their errands in the market nearby. We keep some old files in the back and try to stay organized, even though the space is tight. It’s a very local operation, and we know most of the people who come through the door by their first names. We don’t do anything fancy here, just basic work that needs to be done. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of paperwork, but mostly we follow the same routine every single day.
