Hotel Pritam

You can find us right at Agrasen Square on Central Avenue. It is a busy intersection in the Gandhibagh area, so there is always something happening outside our windows. We are at number 5. The building has been here for quite a while, and it feels like a part of the neighborhood now. Nagpur gets incredibly hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are filled and everyone is as comfortable as they can be. The lobby is small, and we usually have the news playing on a small television near the desk. It’s a plain place. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the rooms clean and making sure the beds are made. Most of our guests are traders or people coming to the market nearby for work. They usually leave early in the morning and come back late, so the hallways are quiet during the middle of the day. I handle most of the check-ins myself. It is interesting to see who comes through the door. Sometimes we have to fix a lightbulb or deal with a leaky faucet, but that is just part of running a hotel. We don't try to be anything we are not. It is just a simple hotel in a busy part of the city. We do our work, and we go home at the end of the shift.
