Np Polymers

Our unit is over at Plot No. B-2 and B-3 in the Hingna Midc area. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us, but being near the Mahananda Milk Factory makes it easy to give directions. We’re in Gala No. A-14 of the flatted shed building. It gets quite loud around here with the other industrial shops nearby. We deal with polymer stuff every day, so there’s always a bit of dust and the smell of materials in the air. The team is mostly local guys who’ve been in the factory line for years. We don’t really do big meetings; usually, we just talk over the noise on the floor. It’s a practical space. The floors are concrete and there’s always stuff being moved around on pallets. Some days the heat in the shed is a bit much, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. It’s steady work. We’ve got our routine down, from the morning shift change to the late afternoon cleanup. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the day tinkering with them. That’s just how it goes in a place like this. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in Nagpur, we just want to make sure the orders go out on time. The area around the milk factory is always busy with trucks, so getting in and out takes a bit of patience.
