Operating out of W-59 C in the M.I.D.C. area means dealing with a lot of industrial noise and truck traffic every single day. Growell Resources & Management started here because it’s where all the action is, right in the heart of the manufacturing zone. Our office is a bit plain, but it works for what we do. We mostly handle things like staffing and office management for other companies nearby. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people about their jobs. Some mornings the air smells like metal and oil from the factories next door. We have a small pantry where we take our breaks and talk about everything except work for a few minutes. The furniture has seen better days, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. Finding the place can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the M.I.D.C. layout because all the buildings look similar. We usually tell people to look for the big blue gate down the road. It’s a practical place for practical work. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that; it’s just a handful of us making sure people get hired and projects stay on track. The commute can be a bit long for some of us, but we've been here long enough that it feels like the right spot for our business.
