Globmax Hotels & Hospitality Private Limited

Our company, Globmax Hotels & Hospitality, operates out of a place in Rajiv Nagar. It’s right near Wardha Road, at Plot No 25. The address is actually through Shri Ravindralal B Shrivastav, who’s been around here forever. It’s more of a personal setup than a big office building. We started this because we saw how much Wardha Road was growing and figured there was a need for someone who knew the hospitality business. We spend a lot of time traveling between different spots, so the office is mostly a place to catch up on emails and do the accounting. Rajiv Nagar is a nice enough area, though it gets quite dusty with all the construction going on nearby. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us making sure that the hotels and services we manage are actually working the way they should. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking things. You wouldn’t believe how many small details go into hospitality. We don't use any fancy software for everything, sometimes a pen and paper still works best for us. We just try to be practical. If something is broken, we fix it. If a guest is unhappy, we listen. It's a simple way of doing things, but it’s how we’ve always worked. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business.
