GIRIVAN HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED

Girivan Hotels Private Limited has its office over at Lendra Park in Ramdaspeth. We are up on the second floor, the west corner of Plot No. 552. It’s a quiet spot in Nagpur but we stay pretty busy with the day-to-day operations of running hotels. We’ve been around this part of town for a bit now. We don't really do the big flashy advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on the basics of making sure rooms are clean and guests aren't waiting too long at the front desk. Running a hotel business in Nagpur means dealing with heat and lots of travelers. We have a small team here. Most of us have lived in Nagpur for years, so we know the area well. We spend our mornings checking on the staff and making sure the supplies arrived on time. Sometimes the deliveries are late and we have to scramble. That’s just how it goes in this business. We aren't some massive corporation with thousands of employees. It's more of a family feel here in the office. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how to make things work better for the next guest. If you come by the office, you'll probably see stacks of paperwork and someone on a laptop. We just try to be helpful and keep the doors open. It’s practical work and we enjoy being part of the local community.
