Shriram Enterprises Nagpur

We are over at Shriram Enterprises in Nagpur. Our place is Shop No. 80 and 81, right on the first floor of G. M Market in Gandhibagh. It’s a lively part of the city. Being in Gandhibagh means there’s always something going on outside. We’ve got two shops side by side, which gives us a bit more room than some of our neighbors. We spend our time managing the stock and talking to people who come up to the first floor. It's not a fancy mall; it's a traditional market. We’ve been here long enough that we don't really think about the stairs anymore. Most of our work involves moving items around and keeping track of what's sold. We aren't some big chain. It's a local business through and through. We handle our own accounts and our own cleaning. Sometimes the market gets really crowded, especially during festival seasons. We just keep our heads down and work. We don't use much technology, just the basics to keep things running. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for the people in Nagpur. We like being part of the Gandhibagh community. You get to know the regulars. It’s a busy life, but it’s ours. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the shelves stocked with whatever people are looking for these days.
