Gajananpradhan

We are located at Jaishing Bhosale Wada which is right on Kothi Road in the Mahal area of Nagpur. It’s a pretty old part of town and you can feel that when you walk through the doors. The building itself has been around for a long time and has that traditional look you don’t see much anymore in the newer parts of the city. Gajananpradhan is run from here every day. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, we have thick walls and heavy doors. The street outside is always full of life. You hear the scooters honking and people talking all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming but that is just how Nagpur is, especially in Mahal. We’ve got a small setup inside one of the rooms. It’s enough for what we need to do. Usually, we start around nine in the morning. The light comes in through the old windows and hits the floor in a certain way. It’s actually quite nice. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or slogans. We just have our desks and our equipment. Most of our neighbors are people who have lived in this area for generations. We see the same faces every morning when we come in. It feels like being part of a community rather than just being at work. We just keep things moving and focus on the tasks we have for the day.
