Our shop is at Shop No. F 6 in the Hashmi Tower at Fawara Chowk in Gandhibag. This is a really old and famous part of the city, and Fawara Chowk is always buzzing with people. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the tower itself is a bit of a landmark for us. We sell pharmaceutical goods to whoever comes through the door or calls us up. It’s a small shop, packed from floor to ceiling with boxes and bottles. We don’t have a lot of space for anything other than the medicine. During the day, it’s quite noisy with all the rickshaws and vendors outside, but we like being in the middle of the action. We don’t do big advertisements or try to sound like a multinational company. We’re just local people helping other local people get their prescriptions filled or their supplies ordered. Sometimes the power goes out in Gandhibag, so we have our lanterns ready and just keep going. It’s a bit cramped inside, but we know where everything is. We take pride in just being a steady presence in the market. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. We just try to be helpful and get the job done without making it complicated. It's not about being the biggest shop in the tower, but about being the one people can actually count on every day.
