Design Engineers

Design Engineers is based over at 10B Pasayadan in Ranapratap Nagar. It’s a decent area, and Surve Nagar is just nearby, so we see a lot of the same faces every day. The office is part of a residential-feeling block, which makes it feel less like a cold workplace and more like a part of the local neighborhood. We have been here at Pasayadan for quite a while now. The space is functional—we have our tables, our computers, and plenty of space for drawings and notes. Nagpur weather can be tough, so we mostly stay focused on getting the work done while it’s cool in the morning. We aren't the type of place with a big sign or a lobby. Usually, people just know where we are or follow the address until they see the door. The team here is small and we’ve worked together long enough that we don’t need to say much to get things moving. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t go for anything fancy; we just use what we have to do the job. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the week, but we try to keep things orderly. It’s just a regular office where we show up, put in the hours, and try to keep our paperwork in order without making a big deal out of it.
