It is not the kind of place that looks like a corporate headquarters. It is more of a local workspace where the actual work happens. We spend our time going over technical drawings and writing up reports for our clients. The weather in Nagpur can be quite intense, so we make sure the coolers are running during the summer months to stay comfortable. It is a quiet place for the most part, which is good for the kind of focus engineering requires. We do not have any fancy brochures or a dedicated marketing person on staff. We just rely on doing our job and letting that speak for itself. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the progress on different tasks. It is a very grounded, everyday kind of environment. We like it here and find the location works well.
