Can Group Of Industries

We operate out of room 201 in the Nirmal Apartment building, which is in Sugat Colony, Jafar Nagar. It’s a bit unusual because it’s a residential area, so we have families living all around our office. You can hear kids playing outside and people talking in the hallways during the day. We are a group of industries, so we have our hands in a few different things at once. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a kitchen and a balcony where we go to take a breath of air. It’s a small, tight-knit group of us working here. We have desks squeezed into what used to be a living room. It’s a lot of phone calls and coordinating with different sites. Because we are in a colony, it feels very local and friendly. We know the neighbors and the shopkeepers down the street. It’s not a cold, corporate environment at all. Sometimes we have to move boxes of samples or files around because we’re running out of space. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a security guard at the door. You just walk up and knock. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it's a new project or fixing an old problem. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, but we like the way we work. It’s just us doing our thing in Jafar Nagar. We are here every morning starting the day with some hot tea.
