Our agency is right in Sitabuldi, which everyone knows is the heart of Nagpur. It is one of the most crowded and energetic places you could find. We have been here for a long time, and our shop is always packed with stock. Because it is Sitabuldi, there is constant noise from the street outside, with people shouting and vehicles honking. We don't have a big, fancy showroom with glass cases. It is more of a warehouse style where boxes are stacked high to the ceiling. We deal with all kinds of pharmaceutical supplies. People come in from all over the city because they know we’ve been around forever and know the trade. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting area with magazines. You just walk up to the counter and talk to one of us. It gets really hot in Nagpur during the summer, so we usually have the fans on full blast, and we drink a lot of water throughout the day. We don't do any flashy advertising or social media. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years. We just try to keep things simple and get the orders out as fast as we can. It’s a busy, hectic place to work, but we enjoy the energy of the market. It is just a local business doing its thing in the middle of the city noise and we are happy with that.
