We are based out of House No. 2516 in Gopalnagar, right on the second floor. If you're looking for us, the best landmark is the bus stop near Plot No 17. It’s a familiar spot for everyone in this part of Nagpur. Working from a house makes the whole atmosphere feel a bit more relaxed than a typical office block. We have been here for a while now, and the neighbors know us. We run Billex Private Limited from a few rooms that we’ve filled with computers and printers. There’s always the sound of buses stopping and starting outside, which becomes sort of like background music after a while. Our work involves a lot of technical stuff that keeps us busy from morning until late afternoon. We don’t have a big reception desk or a sign with bright lights. It’s just a door and some stairs. We usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area we set up. It’s practical. We spend our time getting the numbers into the system and checking the forms. Nagpur can get really hot, so we’re thankful for the shade this building provides. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees; we’re just a small team doing our thing in Gopalnagar. We like it this way because we can actually talk to each other without any fuss. It’s just honest work in a normal house where we do our daily business.
