If you head down to Ghat Road, you will see Spt Market. We are at Plot No. 11. Balaji Sales Corporation has been here since the market was a lot smaller than it is today. Back then, there weren't as many shops around. Now, it is hard to find a place to stand sometimes. Our plot is tucked away a bit, which we don't mind. It gives us a little bit of breathing room. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and checking the inventory we have on hand. It is a lot of manual work, moving things around and making sure the counts are right. We don't use any fancy software for it. Just a big ledger and some pens that always seem to run out of ink when you need them. The air in the market is always full of different smells, from diesel to spices. It’s a working-class area and we fit right in. We wear old clothes because there is no point in trying to stay clean when you are lifting boxes all day. We have some loyal customers who have been coming to us for over ten years. They know we are just regular people trying to do right by them. There aren't any big speeches or promises here. We just show up, do the work, and close the doors when the sun goes down.
