Oceans Academy

If you stand at the Ram Nagar Bus Stop on Cement Road and look across the street, you will see us. Oceans Academy is located right there at the corner of 5th Cross and B Street. It’s a busy spot because of the buses coming and going, so there is always a crowd of people outside our door. Inside, the rooms are filled with the sound of someone talking at a whiteboard or the scratch of pens on paper. We are just a small group of teachers and staff who like the routine of the classroom. There aren't any fancy lounges or high-tech gadgets here; we have desks, chairs, and books. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. Basically, people come here to learn things they didn't know before, and we do our best to explain it to them. Sometimes the classrooms get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, and we have to ask people to pipe down so the other groups can focus. Being on Cement Road means we get a lot of dust from the street, so we are always wiping down the tables. We don’t have a big corporate office elsewhere; this is it. We are just a local academy where the focus is on the lessons and making sure everyone understands the material before the bus pulls up outside to take them home.
