Alishan Realty (Opc) Private Limited is based out of Nagpur. We are located at Plot No. 11, which is the Anmol Villa in Vaishali Nagar. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to some of the bigger cities. Since we are an OPC, it’s a small operation. Just a few of us making sure things run right. Nagpur-440017 is our home base and we’ve been working out of this villa for some time now. Maharashtra has a lot of real estate companies, but we just focus on our own corner here in Vaishali Nagar. We don't have any big corporate mission statements or anything like that. We just do the daily tasks that come with being in the realty business. Some people think it’s fancy, but it’s mostly just making phone calls and organizing files. We like being in Nagpur because it’s where we know people. The Anmol Villa is easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. We try to be helpful when someone asks us about property. There’s no pressure or sales talk, just regular conversations. It’s a honest way to make a living. We have been here for a bit and we plan to stay. It’s just a local business trying to do things the right way without a lot of fuss. That’s the long and short of it for our little company.
