We are located in the Business Plaza on C.B. Road, specifically in Shops 12 and 13 on the ground floor. Being in Ramdaspeth means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity in Nagpur. Aashi Properties has been operating from this spot, helping people figure out where to buy or rent. It’s a decent-sized space, enough for us to keep our files in order and have a seat with anyone who walks in. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in India; we just want to do a good job for the people who come to us here. The ground floor location is handy because people can just step in off the street without having to hunt for an elevator or navigate stairs. We deal with all sorts of property, from small commercial spots to residential houses. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and look at listings, and other days we are running around all of Nagpur. We try to keep our advice practical. If a property is overpriced, we say so. We don't like wasting time, ours or yours. It’s just us working hard to keep the business going in a competitive market. Ramdaspeth is a good area with a lot of growth, so there is always something happening. We're just glad to be a part of the local scene here and keep things moving for our clients as best as we can.
