It’s a very traditional part of the city, always crowded with traders and shoppers, which is exactly how we like it. At Aarya Infraestate, we deal with land and property matters for people in this neighborhood and the surrounding parts of Nagpur. Our office isn't some glass-walled skyscraper; it’s a practical space in a busy market zone. We started this because there’s always a need for someone local who actually knows the streets and the history of the plots around here. It gets pretty loud outside with the market activity, but that’s part of the charm of working in Itwari. We spend our mornings talking to locals and our afternoons checking out sites. We don’t use a lot of fancy words or complicated contracts if we can avoid it. Most of our clients are people who have lived here for decades or small business owners from the bazaar.
