L B N Senior Secondary School is right here in Didwana. If you’re familiar with the Nagaur district, you probably know where we are. It’s a senior secondary school, so we have the older students finishing up their schooling years. The building is a familiar sight for people in this part of town. We’ve had many generations of families pass through these halls. It’s not a shiny new facility, but it’s got everything we need to get through the school week. We don't put on airs or try to act like a big city institution. It’s a local school for local people. The routine stays the same mostly, bells ringing and students moving between classes. We have a few trees in the courtyard that provide a bit of shade when it’s sunny. The office is usually busy with parents coming in to ask questions or settle things. We try to keep it simple and honest here. There’s no fancy mission statement on the wall, just the daily schedule. Teachers here have their own ways of doing things, and we all just get along. It’s a practical place. We don't do much in the way of promotion. People in Didwana just know us by name and location. We focus on the books and the exams, and making sure the kids are ready for whatever they do after they leave us here in Nagaur.
