The mill is located at 4-10-45/3 in Buruduwadi, which is part of Narayanapet in the Mahabubnagar district. We have been here for a long time, grinding grains for the people in our community. It’s a noisy place once the machines start running in the morning. There is always a bit of flour dust in the air, no matter how much we sweep. That’s just the nature of a flour mill. We know the families in Buruduwadi well because we’ve been serving them for generations. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot and the mill gets even hotter. But it's honest work that needs to be done. We open up early so farmers and locals can get their flour before they start their own day. We don't do any big advertising. It’s a small operation, but it’s an important part of life here in this corner of Mahabubnagar. We’ll probably be here doing the same thing for many more years as long as people need their grain ground.
