Cement Ulagam

We are located at 10, Muthu Mariamman Kovil Street in Velippalayam. The shop is named Cement Ulagam, which pretty much tells you what we are about. We deal with cement every single day. The street we are on is usually busy, and there is a lot of local life happening all around us. We are not a large corporation with fancy offices. Our place is simple, with cement bags stacked high and a small desk where we handle the money and the notes. It is a dusty job, and by the evening, we are usually covered in it. We have been here in Velippalayam for a long time, and we know most of the people on our street. We do not spend any time on social media or advertising. We just open the doors in the morning and wait for the regulars to show up. Most of the builders and masons in the area know they can find us here. We keep it very casual. If we are busy, you might have to wait a minute while we finish loading a truck. We don't have any scripted ways of talking to customers. We just treat people like neighbors. It is a basic way to run a business, but it has worked for us so far. We are just glad to be a part of the local building trade here in our little corner of the world.
