We are located in Kallar Nagar, Kameswaram, which is part of the Thirupundi East area. It’s quite a distance from the major cities, so things are a bit slower and much quieter around here. Our office is a simple building that doesn't look like much from the outside. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes in the evening to catch the breeze coming off the water. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and a few sturdy wooden tables we use for packing up our orders. Since we are in a more rural spot, we have to be very organized with our transport, because trucks don't just pass by every hour like they do in the city. We spend a lot of time coordinating with drivers and making sure the goods are protected from the salty air, since we are so close to the coast. It’s a humble place. We don't have any air conditioning, just a few big windows and some pedestal fans that we move around. We do a lot of the writing by hand in big leather-bound registers before we ever put the information into the computer. It feels more reliable that way. Most people around here know us as the place that’s always busy with boxes and tape. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website; we just talk to people and get things done. It’s a quiet life, but the daily work keeps us very busy.
