Helick Infocom Private Limited is based out of a place called Rampur, near Amtola in the Hojai area of Nagaon. Our office is actually at Indraprasad Sharma’s place. It’s a very local setup, far away from the big city noise. We started this because we wanted to have a workplace right here in our own neighborhood. It’s much better than commuting for hours. The office is simple and functional. We have our computers and our chairs, and that’s about it. We don't have a marketing department or people in suits walking around. It’s just us. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to say hello or ask a question. We like that kind of atmosphere. It’s more like a family than a corporation. We spend our days looking at screens and typing away, but we always make time for a cup of tea in the afternoon. The weather around here can be unpredictable, especially during the rains, but we stay dry inside and keep at our work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to be a reliable place where work gets done properly. It’s important to us that we stay grounded in our local roots here in Rampur. People know where to find us if they need something, and we’re happy to help out however we can without any complicated processes getting in the way of the actual work.
