A D Foods Ltd.

Our place is located at 83/86 in the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate. It is an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving and a lot of dust in the air. A D Foods Ltd. has been operating out of this unit for a good while. It is a large space, which we need for the food processing and storage. It is not the prettiest building, just gray walls and high ceilings, but it serves the purpose. We spend most of our time on the floor checking the machines or making sure the bags are sealed right. The heat can get pretty intense during the summer months inside the estate. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too bad. People who work here live mostly nearby. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on getting the food out to the trucks on time. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves. That is just part of being in an industrial zone. We have gotten to know the security guards and the other guys at the neighboring units. It is a community of workers here. We do not talk much about goals or anything, we just make sure the production line keeps moving. If you come by, you will probably hear the hum of the big fans. It is honest work and we have been doing it at 83/86 for years now.
