Delhi Public School

Delhi Public School is out on Bakrahat Road in Kanganberia. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city parts of South 24 Parganas, which actually makes it a quieter place for the kids to be. We have a decent amount of land here, so there is plenty of room for the different school blocks. The grass grows really fast because of the weather, so someone is always out there tending to it. We have the usual facilities like a library and some labs, but they are just normal rooms for studying. The school buses arrive early in the morning and that’s when the place really wakes up. Most of our staff are locals who have been with us for a long time. We have a regular routine that we don't deviate from much. It’s about getting into class, doing the work, and then having a bit of time to play. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just focus on the daily tasks of running a school. There is a lot of paper work and managing schedules, which keeps the office busy. The kids wear their uniforms, and we try to keep them focused on their books. It’s a solid, reliable place for parents in the area. We just aim to get the kids through their exams and teach them the basics. It is a long day for everyone but we make it through.
