Sri Mitra Food Products Private Limited

We are based at 922, New Kantharaja Urs Road, on Lakshmipuram Road. The building is an older one, which gives it some character, though the stairs are a bit steep if you are carrying heavy boxes. Sri Mitra Food Products Private Limited operates out of the middle floor. We have some large windows that look out over the road, and you can see the buses going by all day long. The floor is made of that old-fashioned stone that stays cool even when the sun is beating down outside. We have a few desks pushed together in the main room where most of the talking happens. In the back, there is a small storage room where we keep the extra stock and some old furniture we don't use anymore. The neighborhood of Lakshmipuram has a lot of old buildings and houses, and you can see that in the way everything is clustered together. There is a small bakery nearby that smells like fresh bread every morning at ten, which is always a highlight of the day. We don't have any fancy technology, just the basic computers and a printer that jams if you put too much paper in it. It’s a very grounded way to work. We just take things as they come and try to stay on top of the orders that come in throughout the week.
