Spicez Fusion

We are over at No.2724/C, right inside the Roopa Hotel building. It is quite close to Harding Circle in Mysore, which most people know well. People usually find us easily because of the hotel name. It is a busy spot. We have been here for a bit now. Every morning starts with getting things ready before the lunch rush kicks in. Mysore 570010 is our area. Sometimes the traffic outside near the circle gets a bit loud, but inside it is different. We handle a lot of different orders throughout the day. It is just how it is. Sometimes it is quiet, and other times everyone comes in at once. We do not really do big ads. Mostly it is just people walking by or staying at the hotel who stop in. The staff here knows the routine. We clean up, prep the tables, and wait for the first person to walk through the door. It is a simple setup at Spicez Fusion. No fancy decorations or anything. Just the tables, chairs, and the food. We see a lot of tourists because of where we are. Harding Circle is a landmark for most. Being part of Roopa Hotel helps. We just try to keep things moving. Some days are long, especially when there is a festival in Mysore. We stay open until the dinner crowd thins out. It is a job like any other, keeping the place running and making sure the kitchen is stocked for the next day.
