At Shramika Technologies Llp, we’ve set up our workspace at #1984 in Srirampura 3rd stage. It’s a pretty standard spot for a local business like ours. We don’t have a whole lot of bells and whistles here. Just the basics to get our work done. The 3rd stage of Srirampura is a place where people actually live and work, so it feels very grounded. We spend our days dealing with technology, which can be frustrating at times, but we enjoy the challenge of it. Our office is a bit of an old-school setup. We have desks that have seen better days and a bunch of mismatched chairs, but it’s comfortable for us. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing where everyone has to wear a suit. We mostly show up in whatever is comfortable and get to it. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about things other than work. It keeps us sane when the projects get difficult. Being a small LLP means we all wear many hats. One day you might be fixing a server and the next you're cleaning up the break area. We don't mind it. It’s our space and we take care of it in our own way. We’ve been here long enough that we know the guys at the corner shop by name. It’s a simple, honest way to run a tech company without all the usual fluff.
