Lashkar Mohalla is where we have been for some time now. At 561, the street gets pretty busy in the mornings when the sun is just coming up. Sandirin Foods Pvt Ltd isn't some big fancy place with glass walls. It's just us here working with the stuff we make. We spend most of our day checking on the stock and making sure things are moving like they should. Some days the delivery trucks are late and we just sit around and talk until they show up. It’s a lot of work honestly. The floors stay clean because we scrub them every evening before we lock up. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to see what’s going on or to ask about the price of things. We don't really do much advertising. People just know where the blue door is in the mohalla. It’s mostly just family and a few helpers around here. We handle a lot of grain and food items, so there’s always a bit of dust in the air. My uncle started this a long time ago and we just kept it going. It’s not always easy but it keeps us busy. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just the shop and the people who walk by. Usually, we close up when it gets dark and head home to do it all again tomorrow.
