Up on the 3rd floor of No. 71 in Aishwarya Nagar, you’ll find us. We are based in Mysore, which is a bit slower and nicer than the chaos of Bangalore. Rydrex Webtech is where we handle web and IT innovations. It sounds like a big name, but we are just a small team in a standard office. We don't have an elevator that works all the time, so we get some exercise on the stairs. The office has a good view of the neighborhood from the third floor. We spend our time building websites and looking at data. It isn't always exciting, but it is what we are good at. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have a calendar with due dates on it. We usually start our day around nine and stay until the work is finished. Sometimes we go out for a quick snack at the local shops nearby. Mysore is a great place to work because it isn't as stressful as other cities. We try to bring that same calm to how we handle our projects. No one is shouting or wearing suits here. We just sit at our stations and get through the tasks. We’ve been here in Aishwarya Nagar for a while and we’ve gotten to know the area well. It’s a solid place to run a business without too much fuss. We just keep our heads down and work.
