Layer Multi Technologies Private Limited

We’re over in Mysore, not Bangalore like many others. Layer Multi Technologies is located in Gayathripuram Extension, 2nd Stage. It’s part of the Nazarbad Mohalla area. Mysore has a much slower pace, which we really like. Our office at number 15 is a straightforward place. We don’t have any fancy signs or neon lights. It’s just a house where we’ve set up our equipment. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s very quiet during the day. We work on various tech projects. Sometimes it’s a lot of trial and error. We aren't a big team, just a few of us who know each other well. We often have our lunch together in the small kitchen. Mysore is beautiful, and being in a spot like Gayathripuram makes the workday feel less stressful. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and build things. It’s practical work. If the internet goes down, we all take a break and talk about regular stuff. We don't have a boss who watches over our shoulders every minute. We trust each other to get things done. It’s a very relaxed way to run a business, but it works for us. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay. We like that we can walk to the local market after work. It makes life feel balanced and simple.
