L C Technologies

We are located at No 78 Ca in the KIADB Industrial Area, specifically in Part 3 of the Mysore zone. L C Technologies is basically just a workshop where we deal with a lot of technical parts and assembly work. It’s a big industrial park, so there are trucks moving in and out at all hours. Our building is a simple concrete structure that gets quite hot in the sun, especially since we have a lot of machinery running. We spend our days fixing things, putting components together, and making sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to. It’s greasy work sometimes, and our uniforms are never really clean for long. We don't have a fancy lobby or any air-conditioned offices. It’s just the shop floor and a small desk where we keep the logs. Most of the guys here have been working in the Mysore industrial area for a long time. We know each other’s families and we often share our lunch boxes under the shade of the trees outside. We don’t really do any big advertising. People just know we are here if they need technical help. The commute out to the industrial area can be long if you live in the city center, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure every part we handle is put together the right way. It is a simple, hardworking life in the factory.
