Khuntia Brothers

Khuntia Brothers is based out of Kutta-Post in the Coorg district. We’ve been here for a while, working the land and handling whatever the season throws at us. Our address is just Post Box No. 5, which tells you a bit about how things work around here. It’s a rural life, and we like it that way. We deal with coffee because that’s what this region is known for. It’s not an easy job, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate. We spend a lot of time outdoors, checking on things and making sure the work gets done. The family has been involved in this for years. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation. We just want to produce good stuff and keep the farm going. Coorg is a beautiful place, but it’s hard work for those of us living here. You won't find a fancy office or a reception desk at our place. It’s more likely you’ll find us in the fields or near the drying sheds. We talk to our neighbors and help each other out when needed. It’s a simple way of living, focused on the harvest and the seasons. We take things as they come. Sometimes the crop is great, sometimes it's a struggle. That’s just the nature of what we do at Khuntia Brothers. It’s an honest living, and we’ve been at it long enough to know the rhythm of the hills.
