We are set up at No 135/2 in Srirampura, right near Manandavadi Road. Janmabhoomi Organic Farmers Producer Company Limited is a bit of a long name, but most people just know where we are. Being near the main road helps with moving things in and out. This area has a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of it now. We work with farmers and organic products, which means our schedules are often tied to the harvest and the weather. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, a couple of filing cabinets, and the smell of earthy stuff. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It can get pretty loud when the trucks go by on Manandavadi Road, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't here to give sales pitches. We just collect what the farmers bring and figure out where it needs to go next. Sometimes things go wrong, like a late shipment or a leaky roof, but that's just how it goes with a real business. We've been in Srirampura for a while and we plan to stay. It’s a decent place to work and the people nearby are alright. We don't bother with fancy decor because the work itself is what matters to us and the farmers.
