People usually find us here in Kuvempunagar without much trouble since we're near the Raghavendra Choultry. The street gets a bit busy around the 2nd West Cross during certain times of the day, mostly when schools let out and students start trickling in. It’s a plain building, number 1585 in the C & D Block, and it has that old Mysore feel to it. Inside, things aren't very fancy. We’ve got rows of desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job just fine. The walls are mostly covered with old posters or schedules we haven't taken down in a while. Most days, it's just the sound of someone talking at the front of the room and the hum of the fans overhead. Sometimes the light from the windows gets a bit bright in the afternoon, so we have to pull the curtains. It’s mostly just a quiet place where people come to sit and focus on their books. You’ll see bicycles parked outside on the pavement, and sometimes there's a bit of chatter near the entrance before a session starts. We don’t really do much to change the decor; it’s been like this for quite some time now. Neighbors know us as just another part of the block. It isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it stays busy enough with locals coming through. The floor gets a bit dusty with all the foot traffic, so we sweep it out every evening after the last person leaves.
