Hotel Udupi Upahar

If you are traveling on the Old Mysore-Bangalore road, you will find Hotel Udupi Upahar at number 242. We are right in Subhashnagar, specifically next to the Bibi Ayesha Hospital. Being near a hospital means we see a lot of different people coming through 570007. Some are traveling between cities and others are visiting family nearby. We’ve been part of this street for a long time. It’s a practical location for a hotel. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in Mysore, but we keep things tidy and functional. The rooms are basic and we don't have a lot of extra frills. We spend our time making sure the beds are made and the bathrooms are clean. It’s a lot of manual work, but we don’t mind it. The road outside can be quite loud with all the buses and cars going toward Bangalore, but it’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don't have a big management team; it’s just the same faces you see every day. We try to be helpful when people ask about the area or need help with their bags. We just provide a straightforward place to stay. It’s a real local spot where we treat people okay. We just keep our doors open and do our job the best way we know how. It is a simple life we have here in Subhashnagar, and we like the people who visit.
