Hotel Jai Gurudev Bojanalaya

This bojanalaya is a small spot located in the Muniappa Complex on Choultry Main Road. We are in the 1st Stage of Hebbal in Mysore, right near the Shivanadha School. Most people call it a hotel, but we mostly just serve food here. We have been in this part of Hebbal for a while now. It is a very simple place with basic tables and benches for people to sit and eat their lunch or dinner. We don't have a big menu with fancy dishes from other countries. We just cook the local food that people here like to eat every day. The kitchen is small and we stay busy from morning until evening getting everything ready. You will usually see me or my brother behind the counter handling the cash and talking to the customers. It gets very crowded when the school lets out because the teachers and some of the older students come by for a snack or a meal. The building is an older one and it doesn't have any air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm inside when it is busy. We don't do any advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here because they live or work in the neighborhood. It is just a regular place to get a meal that tastes like it was made at home. We just focus on keeping the food fresh and the floors swept for our customers.
