Our business, Dj & Event Consultant, is located in Mysore at No.63 on the 3rd Main Road in Yadavagiri. This is a fairly quiet residential part of the city, which is a nice change of pace from the loud events we are usually at. We don’t have a massive warehouse or a big storefront. Instead, we use this space as an office to meet with people and plan out the details for their upcoming parties or weddings. There is a lot of paperwork involved in coordinating everything, so we spend many hours sitting at our desks. We have some basic sound equipment stored here for testing, but most of our inventory is kept elsewhere. Yadavagiri has some beautiful old trees and wide roads, so it is a pleasant place to be based. We’ve been working as consultants for quite a while now, and we know most of the vendors in the Mysore area. The office is pretty simple with just some chairs, a couple of computers, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We usually have the windows open to let in the breeze, though it can get a bit dusty from the road. It is just a small, local team here. We don’t go for any fancy corporate talk; we just sit down with people and figure out what they need for their music and setup. It is a steady way of working and we like being part of the local community here.
