Customer Sapport Representative

Customer Sapport Representative is located in Mysore, specifically at Mig3 Rs Naydu Nagar, near the Mohalla Post. Mysore is a bit slower than the big cities, and we like it that way. Our office is in a quiet area, which helps because we need to concentrate. We have "Sapport" in our name, and even if it’s spelled a bit differently, we know what our job is. We spend our days answering questions and helping people figure out their problems. It’s mostly phone work and typing. The building is simple, nothing fancy about it. We have a few fans going to keep it cool during the afternoons. There’s a post office nearby, which is handy for us. We have a small team here. We all know each other well. Sometimes we bring in sweets when there’s a festival or someone has a birthday. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s an issue, we just talk it out over a cup of coffee. The work can be repetitive, but it’s honest work. We make sure we stay until the last query for the day is settled. Then we lock up and head out. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve become a part of the local neighborhood over the years. We just keep doing what we do. It is a very humble office with a lot of regular people.
