If you head over to Gola Road in Muzaffarpur, you’ll find us situated right across from the petrol pump. It is a very busy spot to be in. The traffic near that pump never really stops, so there is always a mix of fuel smells and the sound of constant honking. We run the Prism Cement operations from this building. Our office is quite basic, just a simple place to sit and manage the cement orders that come in from all over Bihar. Being right on Gola Road means staying in the middle of all the noise and activity. Things get pretty dusty around here, which is just how it goes when you deal with construction materials. We have some old ceiling fans that try to keep the air moving on hot days. Usually, the front door is left wide open so anyone can just walk in and talk to us. This isn't a corporate environment at all. We just wear our regular clothes and chat with everyone who stops by. Most of our day involves being on the phone or writing things down in our ledgers. Whenever a truck comes by to drop off or pick up a load, things get even more hectic because the road is so narrow. We have to move fast so we don't end up blocking the whole street. It takes a lot of manual effort and keeping a close eye on the clock.
