M K Marble

We are located right on Darbhanga Road in the Ahiyapur area. If you look for the B.O.I Bank, we are just near there. It’s a busy stretch of road and there is always a lot of dust because of all the construction and the trucks moving back and forth. M K Marble is just a small place where we keep our slabs and talk to anyone who walks in. It’s not a polished showroom with air conditioning or anything fancy. It’s just a yard with stone and a small office. We spend most of our time out in the sun, moving things around. It’s tough work, but it’s what we know. Being near the bank is helpful because people use it as a landmark to find us. We don't really have a big story about how we started. We just saw an opportunity on Darbhanga Road and took it. We don't do much in terms of advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. We just talk to people plainly and show them what we have. Sometimes the road gets blocked with traffic, and things get a bit slow, but we just wait it out. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of business. We don't have any grand visions. We just want to keep the shop running and make sure the work is done. That’s pretty much the whole story of our place in Ahiyapur. It is simple enough for us.
