Kishor Aqua Private Limited

We are over here in Hanuman Nagar, specifically in the Gannipur area of Muzaffarpur. Kishor Aqua is the name, and it’s basically run from our family place. Mahesh Prasad Singh and Binita Kumari are the ones you’ll likely talk to if you drop by or call. Bihar can be a tough place to run a small business, but we make it work. We focus on water-related stuff, mostly aquaculture. There’s a lot of ponds around here that people need help with for their fish. It’s not a big shiny building. It’s a home-based operation where we keep all our records and some equipment. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing in the street while we’re trying to load up the truck. We don't have any polished speeches or corporate brochures to hand out. We just talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because usually, they are. Muzaffarpur is famous for its fruit, but the water business is just as important for the local farmers. We’ve had some long days out in the sun recently. Our paperwork is mostly in folders on the table or a small desk in the corner of the room. It’s simple. We try to help out when someone has a question about their fish or their tanks. It isn't a glamorous life. We just do the work that needs doing. Every day is a bit different. One day it's quiet, the next day we have three people waiting out front for help.
