We are based over in Paigamberpur Bairia in the Gautam Nagar area of Kolhua. Our office is in Muzaffarpur with the pin code 843108. Dealing with agro chemicals means we have to be very careful with how we store things and who we talk to. It’s not a glamorous job at all. The building is just a plain spot where we keep our supplies and handle the sales to local farmers. People around here know us as the place to get help with their pests and soil problems. We don't do a lot of advertising because news travels by word of mouth in Gautam Nagar. If a farmer has a good crop after using our stuff then his neighbor will come by the next week. We try to be fair with the prices because we know how hard it is to make a living from the land. The office usually has a few people coming in and out asking questions about their plants. We aren't experts sitting in a lab but we've seen enough seasons to know what works in this Muzaffarpur soil. It gets pretty hot in the summer and the office doesn't have much breeze but we stay open anyway. We just keep our heads down and do the work. No one here wears a suit and we usually have tea while we talk to the customers about their fields. It is a simple way of living.
