Kaswa Agro Producer Company Limited

Our group, Kaswa Agro Producer Company Limited, is located over in Ratni Faridpur. Specifically, we are at Sushila Devi and Bharat Mistri’s place in the village. It is a quiet corner of the world, mostly just fields and small houses. We started this because we felt like we needed to stick together to get anything done. Being a farmer in a place like Tola Panch-Kaswah isn't always easy. You have to deal with the bugs, the weather, and the prices that never seem to go where you want them to. We are just a bunch of neighbors who decided to put our names on some official papers. Most of our meetings happen sitting on plastic chairs in the shade, not in a boardroom. We talk about seeds, water, and who has a spare tractor part. We don't have any flashy brochures or a professional spokesperson. If you want to know about us, you just have to come talk to us. We are honest people who know how to work hard. Sometimes the paperwork for the company gets a bit confusing, but we help each other out with it. It feels good to have something of our own here in Ratni Faridpur. We aren't looking for fame, just a way to keep our farms going and maybe save a little money at the end of the year. That is pretty much the whole story of who we are. We just take it day by day and hope for rain.
