Kautilya Chanakya Food Products Private Limited

Our place, Kautilya Chanakya Food Products Private Limited, is located in Kalyani, over in Ward No- 22. It's part of the Musahri block. We handle food products, which means there is always a lot of cleaning and packing going on. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it gets the job done for what we need. We started this because we saw a lot of good food going to waste or not being processed right in this area. Now we spend our hours sorting through stuff and getting it ready. It can get pretty loud with the machines running, and the smell of whatever we are working on that day fills up the whole street. The neighbors don't seem to mind much. We have a handful of workers from around the neighborhood who walk over every morning. We don't use any high-tech systems, just basic methods that have worked for a long time. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it with whatever tools we have on hand. It’s not always smooth. But we like being in Kalyani. It's a good spot with enough space for our storage and the little office we keep in the front. We just focus on getting the food products out the door and keeping the quality where it needs to be for the local market and the families around here who buy from us.
