Shri Balaji Infosoft Llp is run out of a place in Gulshan Vihar. We are located care of Manoj Kumar Ruhelagulshan Vihar. It’s a more personal setup than what you might see with those big companies in the city centers. This is where we have our desks and our computers. It’s a local spot and the neighbors are all people we see every day. Manoj Kumar has been kind enough to let us operate from here, and it feels more like a home office than a cold business building. We don't have any fancy signage or a big parking lot. If you come by, you’re basically visiting a neighborhood house where work happens to be going on inside. The atmosphere at Shri Balaji Infosoft Llp is very relaxed. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings. Most of the time we are just sitting around a table drinking tea and figuring out the next steps for our projects. Gulshan Vihar is a quiet enough place, though you can hear kids playing outside sometimes. It’s a very human way to run a business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or leather chairs. We just have what we need to do our work. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and equipment, but it’s our space and we are comfortable here. We just take it one day at a time.
