We have got our office at House Number 525 in North Civil Lines. It is situated on Saket Road in Muzzafarnagar. It is actually a house that we have converted into a workspace over time. It feels a bit more comfortable and lived-in than a cold office building. We help students who are looking to go abroad for their studies. It involves a lot of paperwork and filling out long forms. We spend our days checking visa requirements and looking at what different universities need. People come in with their parents, often looking a bit nervous about the future and the travel. We just sit down at the table and go through the various options with them. Muzzafarnagar is a busy town, and Saket Road gets a lot of traffic during the day. Our gate is usually kept open during our regular office hours. We do not have a lot of flashy posters or signs on the walls. Mostly it is just maps and lists of important dates for applications. We are not some big corporation. We are just local people who have learned how the application process works. Sometimes the rules for different countries change and we have to spend the afternoon reading up on the new laws. It is a lot of reading. We try to keep things simple for the families who visit us. We have been in this house for a while now and the neighbors know us.
